We are a local family-owned business that has a history in commercial real-estate holdings in Davidson county and resides in Cheatham County. After the 34% tax hike in Davidson County, coupled with the COVID migration and so many moving to Mid TN from other places, the town of White Bluff, not dissimilar to other surrounding counties, saw a blossoming opportunity to service those looking to escape the escalating living costs and hustle bustle of the metropolitan, city life.
We then took it upon ourselves to rezone our commercial property in White Bluff over to Residential. Our vision was to create a higher end community consisting of boutique townhomes in the rental space that would serve to relieve the strain on those that weren’t in the position to purchase but wanted the feel of a low maintenance home vs a typical “upstairs”, thinly constructed, apartment.
We then set out to construct a complex that was more upper end quality with the intention of long term selling of the units with the current tenants having first right of refusal.
