- Pre-screening form. When you complete our “See if you qualify” form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, current address, expected move-in date, whether you have pets, and yes/no answers about eviction history, household income and credit score. This form is hosted by Google Forms.
- Contact form. When you send us a message, we collect your name, email address and anything you include in your message.
- Website usage. We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, which use cookies and similar technology to collect information such as the pages you visit, the site that referred you, your device and browser type, and your approximate location. This helps us understand how people find and use the site.
- Embedded content. Some pages include content from other services, such as Google Forms, Google Maps, YouTube and Vimeo. These services may collect information about your visit under their own privacy policies.
How we use your information
- To respond to your questions and schedule tours.
- To decide whether to follow up with you about leasing a townhome. Pre-screening answers are not a rental application; if you move forward, we will ask you to complete a full application.

How we share it
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the website and handle inquiries (such as our web host and Google), with people who work on behalf of Pinewood Place to manage leasing, and when required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep pre-screening and contact information only as long as we need it to respond to you, manage leasing, and meet legal or record-keeping obligations. After that, we delete it.
Your choices
- You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information you have sent us by calling or emailing us using the details above.
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on.
Children
This website is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
